He learnt his profession with great names: Didier de Courtan (Switzerland), Joel Robuchon (London) and Julien Elles (Luxembourg), each of them being starred Chefs. Today, Swen invites you at the Tour d’Auvergne to discover his innovative cuisine with respect for seasonal products and new savors.
